At SoundRunners, we are committed to delivering the results outlined in each campaign. We guarantee that if the average stream goals specified in your campaign are not met within the agreed timeline and duration, a refund will be issued promptly.

Please note that cancellations are not available once payment has been made, as campaign funds are immediately allocated toward securing playlist placements and promotion efforts.
